Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at n2win. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using different information, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds frozen.

• Each member is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim this bonus more than once through different accounts will be considered fraud.

• N2win reserves the right to void any bonus granted if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Unused bonuses within their validity period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

General game rules on n2win:

• All game results are final and cannot be appealed except in cases of proven technical error.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, n2win will endeavour to restore the state to that before the disruption based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be refunded.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. n2win is not liable for any loss of wins resulting from a disconnection on the player's end.

• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.

N2win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or hacking.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

If your account is closed or suspended due to a violation, n2win reserves the right to hold all funds in that account pending the completion of an investigation. In the case of voluntary closure with no violation, eligible balances will be returned once the identity verification process is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the n2win support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

N2win shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to planned or unavoidable maintenance.
• Game losses resulting from fair and regular gameplay.
• Actions or failures on the part of third-party service providers (banks, payment providers, etc.).
• Losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised party due to your own negligence.
• User decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by other players or external sources.

Under no circumstances shall n2win's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
